PTFE stem washers are used primarily in industrial or commercial faucets that receive heavy daily use. Replacing standard rubber washers with PTFE washers greatly improves the action because of the PTFE's low coefficient of friction. Upgrading to PTFE stem washers also increases the operational life, offers zero water swell and provides superior resistance to high minteral content water and high temperatures.

High Performance Seals' Stem Washer Kit contains 240 washers in 9 different standard plumbing sizes. A double sided parts identifier helps with sizing selection. The front side designates the quantities and dimensions. The opposite side features a silhouette of each washer. All washers have an ID of 3/16" and are 1/8" thick.
